FLY – Financial Liberation for Youth

FLY is a career readiness and internship program that trains and connects young African talents to real job opportunities.

Through hands-on training and structured placement, FLY equips you with practical workplace skills, real experience, and the support you need to grow your career. It’s not just training — it’s a clear pathway to work, growth, and long-term opportunity.

ADTM is on a mission to eliminate youth unemployment, reduce poverty, and equip African talents with the skills and mindset to meet global standards of work. Too many skilled young people are left out of the workforce not because they aren’t capable, but because they lack access, structure, and a real chance. FLY is designed to close that gap.

Who is FLY for?

  • Young graduates and entry-level professionals (ages 20–30)
  • People with basic skills in admin, marketing, tech, sales, etc.
  • Job seekers with basic skills (admin, marketing, tech, etc.)
  • Those eager to learn, grow, and work 

What You’ll Get

2 weeks of practical, in-person training

3-month internship with a verified company

Certificate of participation
